• This is a live list of leads (updated daily) who have taken action. Some have filled out forms in the ads we are running on Google and Facebook in your area, some have taken action on some of the top 3rd party real estate sites out there, and others are more self-explanatory (foreclosure, FSBO, expired listing). More definitions of the leads can be found on the LEAD FEED page under the Site Tour section.

We show you how to leverage Predictive Sellers for your marketing.

• Head over to the Predictive Sellers page to find a map where you can draw a small area, name and save it, and then download the predictive sellers (those most likely to sell in the next 12 months based on our best-in-class algorithmic scoring). It's typically about 15-20% of the territory AND still nets you of potential sales. This means less money marketing while maximizing your ROI!

We built an Automated Email Marketing Tool

• Under the Campaigns section, you can set up email drips to your lead feed leads as they come in. Set up multi-day email messaging to all of your leads or personalize the messaging to the lead type. We have a few many templates to choose from and the formatting is designed to increase deliverability and response. Did we mention that there's no additional cost for this? 😊 Make sure you don't miss a beat with this included automated marketing!

We provide Personalized Landing Pages

• Head over to the Landing Pages section to create your very own version of the HouseValueReport.com website we have built out. Customize some of the text, the logo, and the background image to better suit your market! This site allows homeowners to check the value of their property, and as long as they go through your custom landing page, the lead will come into your lead feed and will see your **! We also have a simple mobile-friendly landing page with your branding and contact info available which we use in some of the marketing we do on your behalf.
