How we get Emails / Phone Numbers

When you view Leads you will notice many of them have one or more emails and phone numbers. There are two ways we retrieve this information.
The first is that it was included in the form the lead filled out on the website. For example, they click on an ad on Google and they submit their contact data to receive more information. In some cases they don't provide it, so we are forced to use 3rd party services to locate the email and phone based on name and address.
The second way is that we only have the name and address of the lead, and we use 3rd party providers to lookup the contact info to fill out the profile. Part of this process is to also verify the emails are operational (don't bounce) using a 3rd party email verification provider as well.
Ultimately, we do our best to complete the profile of each lead we generate. Our append process is both automatic and manual. We run updates each day to append leads automatically (but there can be a delay). The other method is you can click on any lead and click the Append button at the top of the lead profile.
We typically see accuracy over 70% in most territories for phone and email. The way our system works is that each lead capture experience starts with requesting an address. When they go to the next step we ask for contact info. About 70% abandon at this point. So 30% you will have contact info from the lead. The other 70% we append using 3rd party. It's our opinion that these are still valuable and we include in our auto campaigns. Yes, some of those emails and phones may be wrong, but many of them are correct and allow us to build your database of homeowners.
The good news is that we are able to grow your funnel quickly by appending information and start pushing our automated email campaigns. So although some of the emails may be inaccurate, those that are will begin receiving your marketing earlier in the process.
