How do you Generate Leads?

Our Lead Feed comprises of multiple lead types. Our goal is to build your database of homeowners (even if they are not ready to sell) so we can build a strong listing pipeline into the future. Not all leads will close today or even in the next few months, but when they are ready to sell their home we want to ensure you are first in the door, and your brand/marketing has been in front of them multiple times when they decide to list.

Seller Signal Leads

The primary lead type is Seller Signal. A Seller Signal lead is someone who shows interest in one of our ads or articles we publish through our affiliate network. We start by using our Predictive Sellers are the target audience, and then deliver content relevant to the home buying or selling process. Although a Seller Signal lead is top-of-the-funnel and not qualified, it provides an audience with much higher likelihood of buying or selling a home in the next 12 months.

HouseValueReport Leads

The second type of lead is our HouseValueReport.com (HVR) leads. These leads are generated when a homeowner goes through the process of requesting their home value. We drive homeowners to our generic lead capture page via ads (see below) and we also provide automated email campaigns to be delivered with your branding and messaging. An HVR lead is considered to be middle-of-the-funnel (since the homeowner has taken action and requested information). However, this doesn't mean they are ready to sell.

Google Ads

We run Google Ads to drive Seller Signal Leads and Predictive Sellers to engage with our HouseValueReport.com landing page. The goal is to have them self-identify they are looking to sell their home, so that we can qualify them as being in-market.

Other Leads

We also provide leads that recently identified as being in market as a FSBO, Expired Listing and Foreclosure. Since these homeowners have shown their interest in selling, we include them in our lead feed and recommend including them in your automated email campaigns.

Although these are not the primary leads we provide, it makes sense to include them in your outbound marketing and your growing database of homeowners.
