First Steps - Offrs Dashboard

  1. Ensure you complete your profile, landing page info and launch all email campaigns from your Offrs Dashboard.

    • You can find full tutorials HERE.

  2. Familiarize yourself with the Lead Feed, as that is where all of your leads will come into your Offrs platform.

    • You can find Lead source descriptions HERE, in the Lead Feed Tab

  3. Connect your own CRM by using the Lead Email area under your Profile or via the Connector tab, to ensure that all new leads go directly into your CRM as well.

    • We suggest selecting all lead types you want to work, including seller signals.

    • Leave FSBO’s and expired unchecked if you are not interested in working those lead types.

Next Steps - Marketing

  1. Create email marketing campaigns for all of the leads you have being sent into your CRM. Primarily HVR Ads/Direct and Seller Signal leads, should all be set up on a campaign.

    • We suggest you do this in tandem with your Offrs email campaigns and our AI+ISA outreach

  2. Create Lead Lists to download existing leads and import them into your CRM

    • We suggest you upload all existing HVR and Seller Signal leads from Offrs and into your own CRM and set them up on a custom email campaign.

    • We recommend manually adding the existing leads because Offrs email campaigns start on Day 0 (the date the lead came in) and runs for 360 days. So any lead that came in prior, will start mid-cadence based on their day 0, the date they came in.Any future/new leads will automatically be sent to your crm, as long as you set that up. So, you won’t have to do this manually again.

Below are some marketing ideas

  • Email Campaigns (HVR + Seller Signals)

    • Set up auto email campaigns in your crm

    • Send an intro email 2 days after the lead comes in

    • Set them up to receive your monthly newsletter or similar every 30 days

    • Include a call to action like “click here for your instant home value estimate” and link that to your Offrs HVR V8 landing page. This can bring the lead back in as an “HVR Direct” lead if they complete the process.

  • Post Cards (HVR + Seller Signals)

    • Send postcards as the leads come in or once a month then quarterly after the first one.

    • Include a QR code on the postcard that links back to your HVR V8 landing page link to bring leads back in as HVR Direct leads.

    • You can create new landing pages within Offrs if you would like to track your conversions or A/B test. Each landing page has a unique URL.

  • Calls / Texts

    • HVR - Text/Call these leads as they come in. Yes, our ISA team is working on this lead type as well, but we see the most success when we work as a team.

    • Try texting/saying “Hi ‘Lead Name’, this is ‘agent name’, I am a local partner agent of housevaluereport.com. It looks like you started the process of requesting a home value report. Are you still interested?”

    • We do not recommend calling or texting seller signals until after they have been nurtured via your email and postcard campaigns.

  • Personal Intro Emails

    • HVR - You can send a personal intro email if you do not already have this set up automatically via your crm.

RAIA

  1. Activate Raia for leads outside of Offrs. You can upload your own “Opted-In” leads anytime and have Raia reach out to them by text and email to start engaging them.

    • As leads respond, you will get an email notification with a summary and transcript of the convo, so you can respond accordingly

    • You can also view all conversations in the platform under Raia and then Conversations.

What to do day to day

  1. Call/ Text HVR leads as they come in

  2. Monitor any conversations coming in from your uploaded lists

  3. Manage any external marketing campaigns you have running.

Our AI + ISA team will reach out to any HVR or ROOF leads that provide their contact info and then connect you directly with any lead that is ready to go. We will do this via a group text. You will get notified via text and email first.
