offrs + ROOF provide a full click-to-close system for Agents who want both leads and a ISA to qualify and market to those leads.
If you are a premium subscription with offrs, there is no upfront or monthly fee for ROOF. There is only a 25% referral fee on the success of a transaction. The cost of offrs is for generating the leads, and the referral fee is in exchange for working the leads to a transaction.
